Shipping

Live Light ships globally. All orders are shipped from Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa via DHL or Aramex unless otherwise arranged.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days, with the exclusion of custom or back-ordered items.  You will be sent an email notification on order dispatch. Our website allows multi-currency shopping. All orders placed in South African rands are processed via Payfast and all other currencies are processed by PayPal.  If your currency is not available, the order will be processed in South African Rand and will be subject to the exchange rate of your financial institution.

  • We offer express shipping via courier service on all orders
  • Shipping is FREE for all orders over R500
  • For orders under R500 a flat rate of R100 applies
  • For Orders in Durban, we offer a free pick up option from Umhlanga Rocks

USA & Rest of the World

  • Express delivery via DHL  on all orders

International Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additionally, duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country for international orders.   Customs duties, foreign taxes and other import fees are for payment by the customer and are not included in the sales and shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

Live Light is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes.

Back Ordered Items

If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will make the item to order.  Your item will be shipped as soon as possible.  You will be updated with an estimated delivery date on order processing and throughout the process of construction. Your card will be charged upon order.
